Statement from Marlow Town Council regarding tree survey in Marlow

As a result of routine tree inspections across Marlow, a Robinia tree on The Causeway has been identified as diseased and is to be felled. The work is due to take place on April 4th with a reserve date of April 14th.

The decision to fell the tree follows Buckinghamshire Council’s tree survey of Marlow Town Council-owned trees in Marlow, and is separate from the proposals for the alterations to The Causeway.

Mayor Richard Scott said: “No work on The Causeway Project will be started until the Council has considered the responses from the consultation, which completes on March 31st.”
