After the successful virtual wreath laying last year in All Saints’ Church due to Covid restrictions, we are pleased to announce that the Remembrance Parade & Service will return to normal this year on Sunday 14th November 2021.
The Parade will leave from the Royal British Legion Headquarters in Station Road at approximately 10.35am and arrive at the Memorial on the Causeway for 10.45am when the Service will commence. The High Street and Marlow Bridge will be closed to traffic from 08.00am until 12.15pm with no parking from 08.00am until 12.15pm. All roads leading onto the High Street will be closed at that point. Once the Parade and Service has finished the High Street and the Bridge will be opened up for traffic.
The new Lord Lieutenant, The Countess Howe, will be taking part and take the Salute at the end of the Service from the Podium near the gold post box in the High Street.
