We are really pleased to let you know that Marlow Medical Group have now managed to vaccinate all priority category one care home residents and many care home staff who could potentially be vaccinated with their first doses within our area last week. We are looking forward to receiving another delivery of vaccine for our network of practices this week and are now contacting the over 80’s priority group to offer appointments at Adams Park, High Wycombe for clinics running on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have a mobile number on your medical record you will receive a text from us which will enable you to book an appointment slot by clicking on the link in the text. For patients without a mobile number on your medical record we will be calling you. To enable us to focus on running the vaccination programme we kindly ask that you don’t call the surgery. We will contact you via text or phone call.We are planning the vaccination of housebound residents in the over 80’s group now. We hope to be able to start vaccinating 75-80 year old patients starting week commencing 25 January 2021.We have received a number of questions on what are the Covid vaccination groups and what group are the various categories of carers in so they can know when they can except to receive the vaccine.
