A reminder that Marlow Medical Group and our network of practices are running Covid Vaccination Clinics at Adams Park High Wycombe on Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January. Our current focus is on the over 80’s and front line health workers and then moving on to the over 75 age group.
We will be vaccinating again next week and will advise you of clinic dates ASAP.
Important: Please do not attend if you are self-isolating due to a Covid test or a request from NHS Track and Trace, have any Covid symptoms or are within 4 weeks of a positive Covid result.
If you have a mobile number on your medical record you will have received a text from us which will enable you to book an appointment slot by clicking on the link in the text. For patients without a mobile number on your medical record we will be calling you.
To enable us to focus on running the vaccination programme we kindly ask that you don’t call the surgery. We will contact you via text or phone call.
