High Street Kiosk Hire
Marlow Town Council is pleased to announce a new opportunity to use our newly adopted High Street kiosks for community displays, information, awareness campaigns and occasional pop-up events.
The kiosks are currently being prepared and will be available in the Spring. Bookings are now being taken.

Application Process
- Anyone wishing to hire the kiosks must submit a booking form and provide relevant supporting documents(links below)
- All booking applications will be reviewed by the Town Council.
- If approved, a booking slot may be offered, subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions.
- Submitting an enquiry will not automatically guarantee a booking.
Intended Use
The kiosks are intended primarily for:
- Community displays and exhibitions.
- Local information and awareness initiatives.
- Occasional pop-up events.
- In some cases, business or commercial use may be permitted at the Council’s discretion.
Hire Terms and Conditions
Use of the kiosks will be subject to the High Street Kiosks Hire Terms and Conditions

- All uses must be approved in advance by Marlow Town Council.
- Content and activities must be appropriate and lawful.
- Hirers are responsible for setting up, removing and maintaining their display.
- The kiosk must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
- Items are displayed at the hirer’s own risk.
- Fees may apply for business, commercial or non-local use.
- Hirers will be required to confirm acceptance of the full Hire Terms and Conditions.
