Buckinghamshire Local Plan – site comment opportunity

Following the Buckinghamshire Council Local Plan ‘call for sites’ process,  Bucks has issued a map (https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/4551b49742e846a4a4f0dad74e08635e) , which shows the current decision on the suitability for development of the sites suggested (e.g.: sites suitable for development are shown in turquoise or grey; sites needing more assessment in blue; sites currently considered unsuitable outlined in red). You can click on a site area to bring up more information.

The next step is a check with specific groups (landowners and agents; town and parish councils; developers and infrastructure providers). Buckinghamshire Council will consider any extra information they receive via these channels and then publish the Local Plan in the summer, prior to legal checks.

If you have information or comments that you feel are relevant about the sites indicated (in or adjacent to Marlow), then please send them to the Marlow Town Council office (office@marlow-tc.gov.uk) to arrive by Thursday 12th March. The Council will compile all the input received and then respond to Buckinghamshire Council by the deadline of Monday 16th March.

If you wish to add comments in yourself, then this appears to be possible via the engagement platform on Your Voice Bucks: Local Plan for Buckinghamshire sites survey – Your Voice Bucks – Citizen Space
