Marlow Town Council has launched a new Welcome to Marlow leaflet to help people who are settling into the town, find useful information about local services, facilities, community organisations and things to see and do. The leaflet has been created to provide new residents with a helpful introduction to life in Marlow and is available through the Council’s website and from local estate agents.
The Council is also encouraging local businesses, organisations and residents to help share the leaflet with newcomers to the town.
If you are a business or organisation who meets new residents and would like to help distribute leaflets, or if you would like leaflets for your new neighbours, please get in touch with the Town Council office.
The initiative forms part of Marlow Town Council’s continuing commitment to strengthening connections across the town and helping new residents feel informed, welcomed and connected to local services, activities and community life.
Mayor Jenny Simnett said:
“Marlow is a wonderful place to live, and we want everyone who moves here to feel part of our community. Our new ‘Welcome to Marlow’ leaflet is a simple way of helping new residents find their feet, discover what our town has to offer and connect with local organisations and activities.”
