PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The Town Council's Planning Environment and Transportation committe meets on a three weekly cycle to review and comment on all planning applications relating to Marlow. 

Wycombe District Council are the statutory planning authority and have the responsbility to determine all planning applications within the Wycombe District area including Marlow.  Wycombe District Council operate an online facility which enables the public to view current planning applicaitons, obtain planning advice and policy guidance, appeal information, planning decisions and to make comments.
